Sione Finefeuiaki
Founder and Chairman
Sione was born in Viaola Hospital Tofoa, Tonga in 1979. After an eight year long career in professional Rugby League with the Sydney Roosters, Melbourne Storm, Manly Sea Eagles and finally the Newcastle Knights, he finished his last competition in Newcastle competition before retiring in 2010.
His dedication to bettering the lives of others has proven he is a gentle giant at heart. Sione, with the support of his wife Michelle, and three children Peni, Leiola and Isi started Sione’s Foundation in 2017, with one of the first major missions being the rebuild his old primary school, damaged by Cyclone Gita in 2018.
